We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit the quotation form we receive your name, work email address, and — where you fill them in — your company name, phone or WhatsApp number, the product you are asking about, your estimated quantity and any specification notes you write.
Our web host also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, as almost all websites do.
We use what you send us for one purpose: to answer your enquiry — to prepare a quotation, arrange a sample, and follow up on that specific request. If you become a customer we also use it to run your order and support it afterwards.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share your specification with other buyers. We do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a quotation request.
Your enquiry is handled by our own sales and production staff. It is stored in this website and delivered to our company mailbox through the site’s email service.
