VARELTON BRANDS LLC is a U.S. company registered in Wyoming, controlled by its Chinese parent, Dongguan Aishang Packaging Products Co., Ltd. We manufacture e-commerce shipping supplies and flexible plastic packaging for logistics operators, courier networks, online sellers, retailers, distributors and brand owners worldwide.
Our founding team has spent more than a decade in plastic packaging — manufacturing, product development and custom design — and the business is built around that. Research and development, design, film extrusion, printing and bag conversion all run inside one production system rather than across a chain of subcontractors.
That is what shows up in your costs. Buying here is buying at the source, so the packaging, labour, warehousing and freight that normally pile up between a factory and a buyer largely disappear. We start from what you actually ship — the product, the route, the market — and specify the bag around it.
Two plants. Film, print and conversion under one roof.
We operate two manufacturing bases in China — Dongguan in Guangdong and Ganzhou in Jiangxi — equipped for the complete process, from blown film through gravure printing to bag making and finishing. Nothing central to the product leaves a plant we cannot walk into.

Computer-controlled gravure dedicated to flexible plastic packaging — brand logos, product information, handling instructions and promotional artwork, all printed in-house.
17 conversion lines
Five computer-controlled high-speed flat-bag machines, ten Kangsheng poly mailer lines and two shopping-bag machines, plus cutting, slitting, hole-punching and post-print finishing.

Say the real lead time
We quote the date we can actually hit, including printing plates, film sourcing and freight — not the date that wins the order.
Sell the right spec, not the biggest one
If a 2.0 mil mailer survives your route, we will not sell you 3.5 mil. Over-specifying is the most common waste we see in inbound quotes.
Own the mistake
Print drift, a short count, a damaged carton — it happens in manufacturing. What matters is that we find it first, tell you, and replace it.

Anyone can quote a poly mailer. The difference shows up on the second order, when the colour has to match, the count has to be right and the ship date has to hold.
We own the machines
Extrusion, printing, slitting, bag-making and QC all happen under one roof. Nothing is subcontracted out to a plant we cannot walk into, which is why we can change a spec mid-development without restarting the quote.
Low MOQ without a penalty price
Small runs are scheduled into the same line as large ones rather than treated as an exception, so a 500-piece launch order does not carry a punitive setup fee — and scales cleanly to container volume later.
Colour that survives the reorder
We keep your artwork, plates and ink recipe on file with a signed colour target. Reorder in eight months and the mailer still matches the one in your brand photography.
