Custom printed poly mailers start at 500 pieces per size. Bubble mailers, zipper bags and shopping bags typically start at 1,000 pieces, and stretch film is sold from one pallet. Plain unprinted stock has no minimum beyond a full carton.
Digital proofs come back within 72 hours. Once artwork is approved, mass production runs 7–12 working days depending on quantity and print colours. Add 3–5 days if you request a physical pre-production sample, and allow separately for sea or air freight.
Yes. Plain stock samples are free — you cover the courier — and ship within one to two days. Printed pre-production samples take five to seven days and carry a small charge that we credit back against your bulk order.
A one-off plate charge applies per colour, per size, on the first run of a design. Reorders of the same artwork carry no plate fee because we keep your plates on file. The exact figure is always itemised in your quotation — never added later.
Vector files are best: AI, EPS or print-ready PDF with fonts outlined, at least 300 dpi for any embedded images, and Pantone references for brand colours. Send what you have — if it is a PNG or a logo from your website, our prepress team will tell you honestly whether it will print cleanly.
Yes. We produce mailers with recycled content up to 100% PCR, kraft-paper bubble mailers, and certified compostable films. Each option comes with the supporting material documentation, since marketplaces and retail buyers increasingly ask for evidence rather than a claim.
We quote FOB, CIF and DDP, and ship by sea, air or express to more than 40 countries. We can deliver directly into Amazon FBA warehouses or your 3PL, prepare carton marking and labelling at the factory, and consolidate with goods from your other suppliers.
Standard terms are a deposit on order confirmation with the balance against the shipping documents. Established repeat customers can be reviewed for open terms. We accept bank transfer, and other methods can be discussed with your account manager.
Send photographs and your batch number. We check them against the QC record for that run, and where the fault is ours we replace the affected quantity or credit it — we would rather carry the cost once than lose a customer who reorders.
