Website specifications and example configurations are for initial evaluation. Final materials, dimensions, colors, performance, pricing, minimum order quantity, and delivery dates are confirmed in the formal quotation or order agreement.

Samples and artwork

Custom production begins only after the agreed specifications, artwork, sample requirements, and payment terms are confirmed.

Color and tolerances

Film, print, and screen colors may differ. Production tolerances should be defined in the approved specification or sample.

Shipping

Freight terms, destination charges, duties, insurance, and delivery responsibility depend on the agreed Incoterm and quotation.
